1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all contracts, orders and service engagements between you (“Customer”) and Juris Assist AG, Seefeldstrasse 20, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland (Business ID: 827-503-619, UID: CHE-945.672.381), operating at jurisassistup.com.

2. Services

Juris Assist AG provides corporate legal services including entity formation, contract drafting & review, compliance audits, and dispute resolution. The precise scope of work is set out in your individual engagement letter or order confirmation, detailing all agreed tasks and deliverables.

3. Contract Formation

You place orders online via our contact form or by emailing [email protected]. A binding contract is formed when we send you a written engagement confirmation.

4. Prices & Payment

All fees are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) exclusive of VAT. Payment terms (e.g., retainer, hourly rates, fixed project fee) and due dates are specified in your confirmation. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.

5. Liability & Warranty

We are liable for professional negligence in accordance with applicable law. No warranty is given for outcomes of legal processes. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except in cases of injury to life, body or health.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and usage rights in texts, templates, analyses and other deliverables remain with Juris Assist AG unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any reproduction or distribution requires our prior consent.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive for transparency and fairness. Refunds and cancellations are governed by:

• Cancellation ≥14 days before start of work: 100 % refund of fees paid.
• Cancellation 7–13 days before start: 50 % refund to cover preparatory work.
• Cancellation <7 days before start: No refund available.

Processing time: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval, credited to the original payment method. Bank posting may take up to 5 additional business days.

Partial services: Any work already performed (e.g., research, drafting) is billed pro rata and not refundable. Details appear in your engagement confirmation.

How to request a refund: Submit your request in writing by email to [email protected], quoting your engagement reference and payment details. We will review and confirm within 5 business days.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
